Peter Morin

Peter came to our company after serving an amazing 20 years in the United States Navy. He currently fills the roll of General Manager of both Roof Life of Oregon and 1st Oregon Exteriors. He started with the company as the office manager many years ago and was an easy pick to take on the roll of G.M. What I love about Peter is he’s fair and just and holds the line not only with the staff but with our clients. He did this so well that we decided as a management team to add siding and window expert to his long list of credentials.

So now, along with helping me with our re-siding clients, Peter also serves clients with their window replacement projects. Those of you looking to replace your windows should know that Pete is an AAMA certified installer. You will see this show up in his consultation and management of your window replacement project. He manages a crack squad of window installers that are also AAMA certified. You will be impressed with their skill and knowledge. I love my little brother and I know you will too.

Nikki Carter
Office Manager

Nikki came to us with a background of being a mother, a wife and as if that isn’t enough, she also managed her own business and did accounting bookwork for some great restaurants in the Portland area. When she became our office manager it was a great fit. Of course you already know this if you’ve been a client. She is exact, fair, compassionate and unrelenting in her pursuit of perfection. I love that. When I need something that has to do with accounting, Nikki’s got it. I love that too! She has her hand on the pulse of the company along with Pete and I. She is part of a great team and sits ready and willing to serve you.

Holli Basinger
Receptionist and Master Organizer

When Holli came to us a few years back it was love at first site. That was even before we realized and experienced her amazing organization, phone, and people skills. If Holli’s job description asked her to juggle 20 things, she would ask a few questions and then, as if by magic, she would be done. That’s why Holli is the first person you talk to when you call our office. From your phone call request, Holli produces information and bid forms that make the way we serve you second to none in the Portland market. Every company in town would benefit greatly if there were only more Holli’s.

When I first met Alex and Oleg, they were 16 and 14.

From the moment, they drive up to your home, set up the trailer, and stage the job you will be convinced that they are the best anywhere.

This talented team won a “fit and finish” caulking contest held at Allied Building Supply in 2006 and 2007. Winning is not new to this incredible team as they win over each client with their pleasantness, talent, imagination, creativity, and efficiency. Getting to know them is getting a little more difficult as our system of replacing your siding allows them to be very efficient and quick. Thank you guys. You’re the best.
